A man in Temple Hills, Md was killed inside of a police cruiser with his hand cuffed behind his back. Officers, responding to a report of a driver striking vehicles located a man that they suspected was the driver. Officers say they smelled drugs and arrested the man. They placed him in cuffs, in the front seat of the cruiser and buckled the man in his seat belt. When the officer got in the drivers seat witnesses say there was a struggle and there were loud bangs coming from the car.
The man was shot multiple times. He died later.
