Tina Turner married Ike Turner when she was 16 years old. She is now 78 but still has dreams about the 14 years that she spent with Ike Turner. The legendary singer says “I don’t know what the dreams are about. The dreams are still there – not the violence , the anger”. She says she has forgiven him but she would not work with him. She says, “he asked for one more tour with me, and I said, ‘no, absolutely not.’ She says that, although she still dreams about those times and the abuse that she suffered at his hands, “It’s all gone, all forgotten”. Of the dreams she says, “I wonder if I’m still holding something in.”
