The son of Hamilton County prosecutor Joe Deters is recovering from an assault last weekend in Downtown Cincinnati. Jonathan Deters was punched by the assailant, along West Ninth Street, around midnight Sunday. Deters was also kicked and treated for a concussion. No suspects have been named publicly.
