If you’ve been watching closely, you’ll notice that the project might be taking a little longer than expected. Why? After more than a year of construction updates and notices, the unfinished process is gaining some attention around town as nearby businesses struggle to figure out what’s taking so long. Some are even finding new ways to let shoppers know they’re actually open for business.
Reportedly the hold up in the process currently revolves around problems and lawsuits that continue to stall the launch of the buildings adjacent to Crate & Barrell and even the Kroger Marketplace, which closed just 18 months after opening.
