Tyrese Gibson has filed court documents, asking a judge for primary custody of his daughter Shayla Gibson.
Last year the singer was awarded 50/50 custody of Shayla with ex wife Norma Gibson.
According to new court documents obtained by The Blast, Tyrese thinks its in Shayla’s “best interest” to live in Atlanta, where she won’t be pursued by paparazzi.
In his deposition, Gibson says he has “created a stable and loving environment” for his daughter in Atlanta. He notes that he lives “in a 23,000 square foot home in an affluent and safe neighborhood in Atlanta.
