A Tenessee man is under arrest for choking a customer at his restaurant. Donald Crump choked a woman because she complained that her fries were cold. Rinesha Moore ordered food from ‘Crumpy’s Hot Wings’ in Memphis.  She placed the order over the phone.  When she got there 45 minutes later she noticed that her food was not smoking so she checked and the fries were not hot. She says she asked for some new fries or her money back. She insists that Mr. Crump was “nonchalant” about the quality of the food and refused to refund her money. She then pushed the food across the counter and the fries dropped on the floor.  Mr. Crump then allegedly shoved her and “with his two hands…he literally started choking and strangling me, like I barely could breathe”. She says he told her “Don’t disrespect my store” as he was choking her.  Mr. Crump denies strangling the woman. He was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.
