New details are emerging about the D.C. Navy yard shooter.
Rhode Island authorities told Navy officials, last month, that Aaron Alexis was complaining of hearing noises. Police were called to a Rhode Island Mariott Hotel, to handle a harassment complaint that involved Alexis.
When they got there, he was complaining that he was hearing voices of an unknown party he never saw. He said these people were keeping him awake by sending vibrations into his body, by using some sort of microwave machine.
Right now, it’s unclear if the Navy followed up on that police report.
Alexis shot and killed 12 people and wounded others on Monday at the Navy yard in Washington D.C.
