CPS Votes to Approve an Open-Enrollment Policy

The Cincinnati Public School’s board of education has voted for an “open-enrollment” policy.

Officials say the move will allow them to recover money lost when students, from the city, move to open-enrollment districts in the suburbs.

The policy takes effect next school year.
