The gunman who killed six and injured thirteen, in Tucson Arizona last year, has reached a plea bargain that could give him life in prison.
Jared Lee Loughner, who shot up a Tucson grocery store killing and injuring a dozen people, including then-congresswoman Gabby Giffords, was found competent to receive his prison sentence which will be later this fall.
His plea bargain means he will most likely avoid a death sentence by the judge.
