An Oklahoma woman claims she was playing a slot machine and hit the jackpot but the casino won’t pay her.
Maribel Sanchez says she put money in the machine and the machine told her that she won 8.5 million dollars. She has pictures showing that she won. There seems to be no question that the machine says that she won. The casino says she won’t be paid because the machine “malfunctioned”.
She says she is working with the casino as they investigate but she doesn’t understand how a malfunction could negate her winnings. She believes that the casino wouldn’t give her money back if the machine malfunctioned.
Sanchez says she will go through the process with the casino but will also look at all of her options including legal options.
