The former Governor of Alaska and Republican Vice Presidential candidate says her marriage of 31 years may be coming to an end. She say she and husband Todd Palin have been in counseling but she received an email from his attorney informing her that he is filing for divorce. She says she felt like “I got shot”. She says she believes the marriage is not over. She says she doesn’t believe that God wants families to split up.
Some have criticized the method of informing the former Governor as cold and even cowardice. Others have said it is fine and even wise to keep communications of that nature clear and remove the emotion from the equation. Either side that you fall on it is never good to see a marriage end.
