Diet Soda Made Me Fat…I’m Suing!

There are people who are suing soda makers because they say that their ‘diet’ sodas made them obese.  The soft drink lovers are suing Coca-Cola, Dr Pepper Snapple and PepsiCo because they claim that the aspertame in their diet beverages made them gain instead of lose weight. They say that the companies market these sodas as “diet” and that is false, misleading and unlawful.  Studies have shown that diet soda doesn’t promote weight loss and there are some recent studies have shown that aspertame can cause diabetes, cardiovascular disease as well as lead to weight gain.
