A town in Canada wants to make sure that the little prankster that come to your door on Halloween asking for candy are under the age of 16. If children over the age of 16 are caught trick-or-treating they will be fined up to $200. The town also will create a curfew of 8 p.m. for trick-or-treating and others “caught in ‘facial-disguise'”. Those people will also be fined up to $200.
