A Warren County grand jury has declined to Charge a Mason man with murder in the March shooting death of his wife.
Timothy Sparks claims a shotgun went off, when he tried to take it away from 56 year-old Susan Sparks inside their home.
Mason Police have called the death, “questionable”.
