Starting  Monday, October 27 I will begin posting some of my favorite recipes for eating clean and getting lean.  Now that I’ve finished school and ahead of any New Year’s resolutions, I’m committed to getting leaner and healthier in 2015.

I made an attempt this year but fell off the wagon early on.  Each week I will post and photograph a recipe that I’ve created from scratch and share on thebuzzcincy.com.
