An Anderson Township bar and bartender are accused of contributing to a deadly drunk driving crash.
Ohio department public safety officials say Ethel’s Tavern and bartender Linda Coover were cited for over-serving Todd Shaw.
51 year-old Shaw will spend nine years in prison for hitting bicyclist Fredrick Cary with his car in February.
