A disabled Northern Kentucky teenager will remember one football game more than any other.

Beechwood High School freshman Miles Leard was off water boy duties and in uniform for last night’s game for what he thought would be only the coin toss. Instead, his teammates and coaches put Miles in the game.

With the help of Beechwood’s opponent let him ramble 40 yards untouched for the game’s first touchdown.

The coaches say they were rewarding Miles, who has down syndrome, for his dedication to the team.
