Charges are now pending against a Clermont County man accused of firing off a gun inside of his home.
Sheriffs deputies arrested Jeremy Boggess last night after a brief standoff at his Union Township apartment home.
Boggess is accused of shooting up the apartment when his mother tried to check on his mental conditional.
