A Cincinnati Police officer is under indictment for theft in office, tapering with evidence, and child pornagraphy charges.
Daryl Beavers is accused of creating a phony police substation to get a free apartment.
Beavers also allegedly received nude pictures from a 17 year-old girl in the Cincinnati Police explorer program.
