Ohio governor John Kasich is considering a state medicaid expansion under the health care law through executive action.
The Columbus Dispatch reports a seven-member legislative oversight panel would have to approve spending the federal fund’s, after the expansion’s enacted.
An estimated 275,000 Ohioans would benefit from this expansion.
