Some Tri-State students are feeling the effects of a federal government shutdown.
Kids from Beachwood school arrived in Washington D.C., yesterday, questioning whether they will visit any attractions that were closed because of the budget impasse in congress.
Their teachers say some plans will change, but the trip will still be worth while.
