New City Police Chief Promises Changes at the Department
Changes are coming to the Cincinnati Police department under the leadership of Jeffrey Blackwell.
The new chief was sworn in yesterday, and announced plans to create what he calls a “change management team”, made up of officers and community members to consider improvements.
A host of crime-reduction programs will also be considered by the panel.
