Cincinnati’s new police chief begins work today.
Jeffrey Blackwell will be sworn in at the Duke Energy Center this morning with a promise to engage the city’s young people and minority residents to fight an increase in street crime.
Blackwell spent 26 years in the Columbus Police Department, mostly recently at deputy chief.
