Local attorney, Eric Deters, has released a video of his confrontation with a Kentucky Police officer.
The attorney, and former radio host, was pulled over by Independence Kentucky police for driving 54 in a 35 M.P.H. zone. When the cop approached his car, Deters started to record the conversation.
