Ohio Governor John Kasich is continuing a public push for Medicaid expansion in the state.
Kasich spoke at a rally, Tuesday, to encourage lawmakers to return to Columbus to pass the reform.
The legislature scrapped the Affordable Care Act expansion from the budget last month.
