The Cincinnati Public School Board approved its 474 million-dollar budget, Monday night.
Officials were able to erase a 52 million dollar deficit, without cuts to student services. Retired employees will not be replaced, while non-teaching jobs are being cut.
A 25 million dollar carry-over, from last year, will balance the books.
