A Colerain Township man is in an Indiana jail, awaiting extradition to Cincinnati to face charges in the murder of a pizza shop owner.
Indianapolis Police say that John Doloney turned himself in last night about 24 hours after he was named as the suspect in the Richard Evans slaying.
Evans was killed during a robbery at cosmic pizza in Hartwell.
