A Cincinnati mayoral candidate is hosting an unusual, and highly illegal, campaign event.
Jim Berns says he’ll pass out dozens of marijuana plants today, during a rally at the corner of Martin Luther King Drive and Clifton Avenue.
The Libertarian candidate says the stunt will highlight the issue of Marijuana legalization.
