A former catholic school teacher has won a round in court against the Arch Diocese of Cincinnati.
A federal jury sided with Christa Dias, Monday, finding that the arch diocese discriminated against her when she was fired for becoming pregnant through artificial insemination.
The Arch Diocese says Dias was fired for violating catholic doctrine.
