Tri-state commuters should prepare for delays today if they travel along I-74.
The Ohio Department of Transportation says a reconstruction project of the Colerain/Beekman interchange begins today, closing ramps to Colerain Avenue and Beekman Street for the next 100 days.
Detour signs are posted.
