Hamilton County jurors in the “eye blink” trial have returned a guilty verdict against Ricardo Woods.
Prosecutors said he shot David Chandler, in 2010, paralyzing Chandler and leaving him unable to talk for the last two weeks of his life.
Chandler used eye-blinks to identify woods in the videotaped questioning.
