Two employees of the IRS office in Cincinnati have reportedly been disciplined for their aggressive handling of conservative political groups.

The agency’s commissioner singled out the rogue agents, Wednesday, before resigning from his post.

Those employees could face criminal charges, for allegedly red-flagging Tea-Party groups that requested tax-exempt status.

Fox 19 is reporting that two more employees may have been involved in aggressively handling conservative groups. For more on this story, check out the video above.
