The second of three gun buybacks happens today in Lincoln Heights.
People can bring in unwanted guns from 11 AM to 2 PM at Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church.
Weapons will be exchanged for $100 gift cards from Kroger, Wal-Mart, and Target.
