Two local school districts are being accused of rigging student attendance data.
The statewide investigation into shady school data-keeping found Cincinnati and Winton Woods schools withdrew and re-enrolled dozens of students without explanation.
The Ohio Auditor’s report says the alleged scrubbing could’ve improved the district’s test scores and federal funding.
