Cincinnati Police have released the 911 calls, from Saturday, before an officer shot a woman to death in Mt. Airy.
Erica Collins told dispatchers she and her sister were arguing over gas money at her apartment.
Officer Matt Latzy instructed Collins to drop the knife she was welding, in a parking lot confrontation before fatally shooting her.
