Stop signs are now up at the intersection where a west side girl was struck and killed by a car.
City workers installed stop signs at the intersection between Westbrook Dr. and Lafeuillie Ave in Westwood. Residents and city leaders hope the stop signs will slow cars down.
A car, in March, sped through the intersection and killed 9 year-old Tyala Frazier while she crossed the street to get to her bus.
