UPDATE: No Charges Filed In Taser Death Of UC Student
There will be no charges filed against a police officer, in the death of a UC freshman.
Hamilton County Prosecutors say UC Officer, Richard Haas, was justified in using a taser on 18 year-old, Everett Howard, during an arrest last year.
Howard later went into cardiac arrest, and died after being handcuffed.
