The 18 month saga to fill a seat in Hamilton County Juvenile Court is now over.

The board of elections confirm Democrat Tracie Hunter won the 2010 election by 74 votes after 300 provisional ballots were counted.

Republican John Williams had won on election night by two dozen votes, but Federal Judge Susan Dlott ruled the provisional ballots were cast at the right locations, but at the wrong precincts due to poll worker error.
