In White Plains, New York, a retired Marine was shot and killed by the police when his medical alert device went off. Now the family attorney, of killed marine Kenneth Chamberlain, is now accusing the police of racism. There are audio recordings, of Police using racial epithets to Kenneth, that are right now being investigated by a grand jury.
