Troy Davis, who has been in prison for two decades for shooting a Savannah Ga. police officer, is scheduled to die on September 21st. However, no weapon, DNA, or any other evidence linking to Davis was found at the scene of the crime. Only nine witnesses were at the crime, and now seven of them are retracting their statement that Troy was the murderer.
Kimberly Davis, the sister of Troy, talked to Jacque Reid this morning on the TJMS. To hear more about Kim’s attempt to get Troy’s death sentance overturned, check out her discussion with Jacque Reid.
