A second man is in jail for the May 14th murder of a 27 year-old man in East Price Hill.
Officers arrested 17 year-old Gerquan Belton, hours after naming him as a suspect in the death of Scott Kakaris.
21 year-old Michael O’Neal was arrested for the crime last week.
