Kicking off another week of headlines, Tom Joyner welcomed actor and author Todd Bridges (of the hit sitcom “Diff’rent Strokes”) to the show today. Bridges, who is currently on the promo trail for his new book “Killing Willis” spoke about his years of drug and alcohol addiction and the price of fame he encountered.

Unlike fellow actor Charlie Sheen so far, Bridges was able to turn his life around after reaching what he says was rock bottom being bound in a cell and wearing a diaper to control his bodily functions in the midst of the substance abuse. When asked if he thought America would’ve treated him the same way Charlie Sheen is being treated, he was quick to object and give insight on the state of Sheen’s behavior and recovery.

Find out what else he had to say by listening to the clip below and share your thoughts on the statements and issues addressed on the message board. We want to hear from you, too.
