Yesterday, there were reports in the news about the Brighton Center, a Northern Kentucky food pantry, had ran out of food this week. This is a supportive institution that provides food for about 25,000 people in the area.
It is amazing, though, how a difference one day makes. Fraternities at Northern Kentucky University have begun food drives, and the first graders at the Villa Madonna Academy collecting canned goods and donations at the Fort Wright Wal-Mart from 5 to 8 pm.
