French Teacher Opens Detroit’s First Creperie

DETROIT — A childhood trip to Paris gave Torya Blanchard the inspiration to quit her job teaching and start her own creperie business.

After three years, Blanchard’s store, Good Girls Go To Paris Crepes, is a booming restaurant  with over 50 different types of crepes, and is looking to expand to a second location.
