Is it hot enough for you guys already? Well, you know what they say: “If you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.” 1230AM WDBZ The Buzz plans to do the complete opposite as we turn up the heat and bring a whole new vibe and flavor to the PNC Summer Music Series which launches Memorial Day weekend throughout Labor Day.
Since we knew there’d be no better way to end a weekend than with great gospel music performances, show-stopping soul sessions and the hottest R&B hits, Fountain Square has invited us to take over the landmark music spot every Sunday evening. Feel free to kick back and relax or get up sing, shout and dance along with us as the sun sets on the Queen City. Our co-sponsor, Walker Funeral Homes, has helped provide us with a unique experience we like to call “Smooth Sundays.”
So just in case you’re wondering what’s about to take place, stay tuned right here to TheBuzzCincy.com and listen to 1230AM WDBZ everyday as we get closer to the summer concert series and the Smooth Sunday takeover. A full list of performers, artists and musicians is being finalized as we speak.
Why? Because we want to give you nothing but the best in gospel, soul, R&B, inspirational and that real good feel good music if you know what I mean. It’s the perfect backdrop for a summer of fun and fellowship. We’ll be back with all the details you need really soon, but so far, tell us what you think.
