Cincinnati police have arrested one man in connection with a weekend homicide.
Lamond Burbanks, 20, was shot to death at the Fay Apartments on Saturday afternoon.
On Tuesday, Antwan Williams, 19, was arrested and charged with Burbanks’ murder.
Police said others may be involved in the shooting and more arrests may follow.
