The Buzz Officially Returns to News Talk

For the last decade, 1230AM WDBZ The Buzz has quickly become a staple in the community and a vital source for news that impacts us all. After two years of blending news talk with inspirational music and other special programming initiatives for the city of Cincinnati, we’ve decided to drop our gospel music playlists from the airwaves in an effort to return to the African-American talk format that successfully launched our station many years ago.

To those of you who loved the combination of community and inspirational formats, we sincerely thank you for your years of support and dedication to 1230AM WDBZ The Buzz. Please continue to support your favorite music and artists, but also help us lead the way in each of our future endeavors. We would now like to officially offer the following changes and new additions to our 1230AM WDBZ The Buzz programming schedule effective beginning fall 2010.

6AM-10AM The Tom Joyner Morning Show

10AM-2PM The Lincoln Ware Show

2PM-5PM The Rev. Al Sharpton

5PM-7PM The Best of Lincoln Ware (Reprise)

7PM-10PM Bev Smith

10PM-1AM Warren Ballentine

1AM-5AM Gospel Music
