A man has been arrested for driving under the influence after he crashed into a City of Cincinnati snow plow in East Price Hill.
Marino Rodriguez blew a .246 — more than three times the legal limit — and did not have a valid driver’s license when the SUV he was driving hit the plow, according to police.
Rodriguez remains in custody at the Hamilton County Jail after being arrested Wednesday morning.
No injuries were reported in the accident, which occurred in the 3000 block of Warsaw Avenue.
