The Democrats seem to be continue the consistant path of not getting anything done. This time it has to deal with immigration reform.
The Development, Relief and Education for Alien Minors Act (DREAM) is a way that immigrants who are illegal and under 16 and have lived in American for five years can receive citizenship so they can obtain a high school or General Education Development diploma and demonstrated “good moral character,” according to a White House fact sheet.
Since the vote has been cancelled it will likely not pass under this Congress.
