101.5 The Buzz & Walker Funeral Home presents The Black Business Spotlight. This month we are shining the spotlight on IMEC Training Complex and Coach George Brown (Owner). IMEC Training Complex is a 12,00 square foot state-of-the-art training facility with twenty-five yards of field turf for agility drills. IMEC has a forty yard indoor track which is housed around the latest speed equipment and machines. IMEC also has boxing used as a cardio tool, spinning and they house a sauna and massage room. The IMEC Complex has helped thousands of athletes and adults reach their fitness goals safely.
IMEC offer athlete training as well. Athlete training at IMEC is a far more advanced training program. Thousands of IMEC athletes have grown in their programs mentally and physically and they have signed scholarships to go on to play in the Division 1 level in all sports.
